Dancing Since 1971

I created dance at Brijets for my two daughters that began dancing in 1971 in Edmonton, Alberta. When the studio closed in Edmonton, I started searching for studio space in For Saskatchewan. I started the Fort Society of Dance, a not for profit organization. We were very successful and had many groups. I was the President of the society for 8 years before opening my own business dance at Brijets after my youngest daughter. The studio was created in order o give dancers in Fort Saskatchewan their own dance space and to help my daughters pursue their love of dance.

The studio began like my own dance experience, in a little union hall downtown in the Fort. We used the backs of chairs for barres until we relocated to another space. We are now home to hundreds of dancers and parents & twelve experienced teachers within a welcoming studio with high roomy ceilings and 2 classrooms.
